Tree Care Estimator

Tree Estimator Candidate will have experience in tree identification and maintenance needs as well as an understanding of the time it takes to complete tree service tasks: trimming, removal, tree health care, etc. Daily responsibility will be inventorying, evaluating, and creating recommendations that are aimed at safety, tree health, and aesthetics

If you like trees, are self-driven and want to work outside. This is the job for you!

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of tree species and identification for San Diego County
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Certified Arborist a plus and a must one year after hire
  • Prior experience as a tree climber or estimator a plus

Tree Climber

Tree climber in San Diego. Ideal candidate will have prior experience in climbing and trimming trees. Tree removal experience, Certified Tree Worker, and bilingual a plus. We are willing to train the right candidate, but must have prior experience in landscape maintenance or tree work.

The Forestry Group is a safety based company. Candidate will have safety as their first priority.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 Years’ experience as a climber
  • Self-Driven
  • Good values and work Ethic
  • Work well with other people

Tree Groundmen

Work outside! Support the tree climbers as they trim trees high above you. The Groundmen’s key roles are keeping the work zone safe, cleaning up the work zone, assisting the climbers with tools and rigging during operation, and driving trucks.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in tree care or landscaping
  • Driver’s License
  • Bob Cat experience
